The HCT-Ras Al Khaimah campuses are working closely with the RAK e-Government Authority, developing a number of activities and projects targeting the growth of students’ and graduates’ national capacities, employment opportunities and training.
The meeting outcomes aimed to involve HCT-RAK alumni in different projects, offer PD sessions and competitions, support Volunteering opportunities, offer employment opportunities when available, and increase internships opportunities for students.
This comes as part of HCT policy to support The National Innovation Strategy that aims to make the UAE one of the most innovative countries in the world in the upcoming years. In addition, the strategy aims to stimulate innovation in various sectors such as renewable energy, transport, health, education, technology, water and space.
Both the RAK e-Government Authority and the HCT-RAK campuses agreed to ensure continuous cooperation among students and graduates to create an innovative work environment that seeks to success.
