The HCT-Madinat Zayed and Ruwais campuses combined their formidable efforts for the start of their extensive community outreach program, by participating in the “High School Counseling Day” arranged by the Ministry of Education on January 27, 2018, at the Baynouna Educational Complex.
Al Dhafra is a huge area covering over two thirds of Abu Dhabi Emirate. Outreach for all schools in the region to introduce students to the opportunities available when they join HCT is a goal that HCT-Madinat Zayed and Ruwais management and staff are keen to achieve. The counselling day has marked the start of this year’s Outreach campaign.
More than 400 male and female grade-12 students and academic advisors, from 14 different schools and seven regional cites, were introduced to the majors offered by HCT Madinat Zayed and Ruwais campuses, in addition to the admission criteria and procedure.
The Marketing and Outreach team held separate presentations for the male and female students, which were well-received by the young attendees. The presentation highlighted the opportunities and academic programs available for the students.
The presentations were followed by the Marketing and Outreach team, accompanied by Academic Services team, answering, on a one to one basis, all student questions and clarifying and allaying any doubts of the high school students or their academic advisers.
