The Western Region campuses hosted alumnae celebrations on April 24 and 25, which saw the the Madinat Zayed and Ruwais campuses humming to the sound of networking and knowledge sharing.
Both gatherings featured many workshops which were helpful to the HCT Alumnae.
The gathering kicked off with a “Job Hunting Workshop” presented by Dr. Nadeem Ahmed, Business Chair, Nuha Al Zaghari, Marketing and community relations supervisor and Hajer Al Hammadi from Academic services. This was followed by sharing of alumnae success stories, which were highly interesting and entertaining.
During the gathering, alumnae were updated on the HCT MBA program requirements, and were also introduced to the current vacancies available in HCT for alumnae.
Dr. Hashim Al Zaabi, Western Region campuses Director, said “Our alumni, are a critical part of HCT community. They are a valued stakeholder, who, by their continued participation, help the rest of the students in HCT fulfill their educational mission. All members of our community, students, faculty, staff, and alumni, have a place in linking the college to the society around us. Our primary “customers” are our present students, who will move on to become alumni.”
