Abu Dhabi Men’s College is home to a variety of sporting teams, including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Baby Football, Billiards, Running, Cycling, Swimming, and Water Sports.
Throughout the year the ADMC sport teams participated in a series of sporting events and among them was the HCT League. The HCT League is organized by the HCT Sports Association Committee and includes Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis and Street Basketball.
Abu Dhabi Men’s College collected four trophies from the League.
Another event was the HCT Sports Day that included Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Basketball, Baby Football and Billiards. ADMC won four trophies out of the six games played.
It was a busy sports season for ADMC sport teams as they had a number of one-day events that included HCT Road Race, HCT Cycling Race, HCT 5-a-side Indoor Football, and HCT Water Festival Games. ADMC collected two trophies at these events.
ADMC participated in five external sport events (football, volleyball, swimming, table tennis, athletic tournaments) organized by the Higher Education Sports Federation and brought back to the College the First Place Trophy in the swimming tournament.
Towards the end of the academic year, ADMC organized an Intramural Football Tournament that included 23 teams and more than 250 students. In addition to that, Abu Dhabi Men’s College students played against a group of overseas students in Abu Dhabi, as ADMC hosted Singapore Management University students.
Abu Dhabi Men’s College teams were highly motivated this season as the teams included a number of highly trained and talented players and the College and players look forward to the next season for more athletic achievements.
