The Dubai Men’s College (DMC), in partnership with HSBC, has achieved approved centre status for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to support Emiratis achieve internationally recognized qualifications, which will support their employability skills and entrance to the workplace.
In partnership with HSBC, ENDP and Tanmia, DMC is targeting 180 Emiratis to train and support through HSBC’s fully sponsored Bedayati Programme. Participants gain automatic membership to the institute and are able to progress through higher levels of qualifications to suit their employment needs.
Tony Degazon, DMC Chair of Learning Innovation said: “DMC and HSBC acknowledge the importance of developing Emirati leadership skills to support their success in employment. Our new ILM status allows up to train and award Level 2 Effective Team Member Skills providing Emiratis a step on an internationally well-respected professional development path.”
