The Ras Al Khaimah Men's College team won the annual boat race.
On 16 April, six boat crews from the HCT men’s colleges gathered on Khor Ras Al Khaimah to compete for the ‘Sahrookh’ trophy hosted annually by Ras Al Khaimah Men’s College (RKMC).
The 3.5 km race was presided over by HE Sheikh Taleb bin Saqr Al Qassimi. RKMC led throughout and won the race for a third time, a healthy two boat lengths ahead of Sharjah Men’s College, winners of the race on two previous occasions.
Al Ain Men’s College were very impressive in taking third place edging out Dubai Men’s College in a close tussle.
